BandanaMan is the official bandana of numerous events around the country. Special pricing is available to organizations and events that allow us to be their official bandana company. Recurring customers (based on yearly sales) can qualify for discounts. BandanaMan also offers discounts to qualifying organizations involved in live events, national programs, organizations that are a 501C', and more. All wholesale orders must be accompanied by a resale number (RN#), Federal Tax ID or 501C information.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: All orders must be be acknowledged prior to processing. Please advise us immediately of any discrepancies or changes as the order will be produced per the information that appears on the acknowledgement. Acknowledgments for wholesale orders are normally done via phone, E-mail or Fax.
CONFIRMATIONS: BandanaMan will confirm all orders via E-mail or phone. All confirmations must be marked "Order Confirmation, Do Not Duplicate" by BandanaMan. BandanaMan will not accept responsibility for duplications.
CANCELLATIONS: Any order cancellations are subject to a $35.00 net cancellation fee, plus any applicable screen, cut or other charges already incurred at the time of cancellation, including goods (finished or unfinished) that have been prepared to meet ship date.
RETURNS & CLAIMS: An RA (Return Authorization) number, signed and authorized by a representative from BandanaMan, must be issued before return of any product. Claims must be made within 15 days of shipping date, and must not be deducted from our invoice as we do not guarantee safe delivery or payment of C.O.D. shipments. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, subject to authorization and inspection.
OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS: Up to 10%, billed accordingly.
SHIPPING: BandanaMan's ships USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Orders will be shipped at BandanaMan's disgression unless clearly specified on order. All orders are shipped FOB (freight on board) from the BandanaMan distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada. This means that you own the merchandise from that point on. We guarantee that your items will leave the factory on or before the ship date specified in our Order Acknowledgment. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or US Customs departments or by 'acts of God'. We will typically notify you with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
We cannot ship to PO boxes or Drop Boxes.

DROP OR SPLIT SHIPMENT: Additional charges will apply. For split shipments, shipping and handling charges will apply for each address.
FOREIGN SHIPMENTS: Canadian shipments; Import paperwork is the customer's responsibility and must be supplied by the customer or additional charges will be added. For all other foreign shipments, contact BandanaMan for all necessary forms and documentation.
